1. MOLD
Hold the handle and submerge the mouthpiece in hot water for 90 seconds. Let it cool 5–10 seconds, bite down firmly for 60 seconds, then set the impression in cold water for 30 seconds. Not happy with the fit? You can re-mold it up to two more times.
2. ADJUST
Clip on strap (3) — the lowest setting, 2 mm of advancement — and sleep on it for a few nights. Still snoring, and your jaw feels fine? Step up gradually: (3) → (4) → (2) → (1), up to 7 mm. Never start on the strong straps.
3. SLEEP
Your lower jaw rests slightly forward, the airway stays open, and the vibration has less to work with. In the morning, brush it clean with cold water and toothpaste and return it to its case. That is the whole routine.
