What Causes Snoring?
Snoring is the embarrassing and annoying sound that happens when air is forced past the collapsed muscles in your throat. The muscles in this area relax when you sleep, and this can close off your airways and make it difficult to breathe.
Many factors can contribute to snoring, including age, weight gain, alcohol and tobacco use, and sleep position. No matter what factors may be contributing to you or your bed partner’s snoring, the best solutions work to widen the airway and keep it clear of obstruction and the turbulent air that causes snoring.
The Sleep-Heart Connection
Your heart and your sleep are closely connected. A full night of restful sleep plays a key role in keeping your heart healthy and your body in balance. In the deeper stages of sleep, your heart rate slows and blood pressure drops, giving your heart a chance to rest and recover.
Quality sleep helps keep your cardiovascular system strong and is linked to a lower risk of conditions like high blood pressure, heart attack, and stroke.
Open the Airway at the Source
Snorbliss® holds your lower jaw gently forward while you sleep — up to 7 mm of anterior advancement. That small shift draws the tongue and soft tissue away from the back of your throat, helps keep the airway open, and leaves the vibration with less to work with. It is the same mechanism behind a dentist-made oral appliance: no drugs, no surgery, no mask.
Moves the lower jaw where the airway actually narrows
Molded to your own bite, not a generic shape
Four numbered straps: 2, 4, 5 and 7 mm of advancement
One small shift, and the airway stays open.
Snorbliss® is a mandibular advancement device — the same jaw-forward principle behind the custom appliances made in dental clinics. It gently moves the lower jaw forward, helping to keep the airway open. This improves airflow, supports easier breathing, and reduces snoring sounds.

FOUR STEPS, ABOUT THREE MINUTES
1. HEAT TO SOFTEN
Place Snorbliss® in hot water for 90 seconds to soften the moldable trays and prepare them for your custom fit.
2. MOLD TO YOUR TEETH
Let it cool for 5–10 seconds, then place it in your mouth and bite down firmly for 30 seconds to create your personalized impression.
3. CHOOSE YOUR SETTING
Start with the gentlest 2 mm setting. If needed, gradually move through the four strap options to find the balance of comfort and jaw advancement that feels right for you.
4. SLEEP MORE QUIETLY
Once you’ve eased into your Snorbliss®, wear it at night to gently hold your lower jaw forward, helping keep your airway open and reduce snoring sounds.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your road to quiet nights — night by night
Here's what most users report, from the very first night on.
-
NIGHT 1
Ease in, don't dive in.
You mold it, then wear it for about ten minutes before bed rather than sleeping in it — night one is practice, not a full night. Your first full night follows on the lowest 2 mm strap, and many people notice quieter breathing right away.
2–7 mm · 4 settings
-
WEEK 1
Your jaw adapts.
The impression settles in and the fit stops feeling new. Around days three to five your jaw, teeth or gums may feel a little sore and you may notice more saliva — that is the normal adjustment period, and it fades.

How it works
Fitting & Everyday Use
Everything about molding, adjusting, cleaning and living with Snorbliss®.
Fitting & Adjusting
A mandibular advancement device, or custom-moldable anti-snoring mouthpiece. You soften it in hot water and bite to create a personal dental impression, then choose one of four numbered straps to hold your lower jaw slightly forward while you sleep. It is one size, unisex, reusable for about six months, and FDA-cleared as a Class II medical device under 510(k) number K261251.
About three minutes of actual work: 90 seconds in hot water, 5 to 10 seconds cooling, 60 seconds biting, 30 seconds in cold water. You need boiling water and a pot, a mug, a cup of cold water, a mirror and a timer with seconds.
You can re-mold up to two more times after the initial fitting, three heat cycles in total. Verification testing confirmed that after the full sequence there were no cracks, tears, deformation, sharp edges, discolouration or loose components, and the device still formed and retained a usable impression with normal strap attachment and fit.
Always start on strap #4, the lowest setting at 2 mm, for the first few nights — the number is printed on each strap. If snoring continues and the device feels comfortable, move up one strap at a time after a few nights: #4 (2 mm), then #3 (4 mm), then #2 (5 mm), then #1 (7 mm) at the strongest. Never start directly on #1 or #2; increase gradually to avoid jaw discomfort or muscle soreness.
During the first 3 to 5 days your lower jaw, teeth or gums may feel sore, tired or slightly painful, and you may notice more saliva than usual. This is a normal adjustment period and usually improves with regular use. Start on the lowest strap, and wear the device for about 10 minutes before bed on your first nights to get accustomed to it. If pain persists, or if you have TMJ problems, stop and consult a professional.
Everyday Use & Care
Your mouth can open, since there is no hinge locking it shut, but you cannot talk and you cannot drink while wearing it. The device includes an oral breathing channel so you can still breathe through your mouth.
After each use: rinse with cold water, brush gently all over with a soft toothbrush and toothpaste, rinse again with cold water, dry, and store it in the provided case. Denture-cleaning solution and retainer cleaning foam are both fine, and an ultrasonic cleaner is validated: ten minutes left no stains in independent testing.
Replace the device every 6 months of use. Shelf life is 1 year. Inspect it before each use, and stop using it if a strap or any component cracks, loosens or breaks.
No. Snorbliss® is a single-user device: it molds to one person’s bite, and sharing an intraoral device is a hygiene and cross-infection risk. If you both snore, you each need your own.
Suitability & Safety
Braces, full dentures and other fixed dental devices worn while sleeping are contraindications, so do not use Snorbliss® with them. Clear aligners such as Invisalign must be removed before use; Snorbliss® is not worn over them. Mild tooth misalignment is generally fine because the tray molds to your bite, but severely crooked teeth may prevent a proper fit.
No. Snorbliss® is not a bruxism product and should not be used as a night guard for teeth grinding.
No. Snorbliss® is intended to aid in the reduction of snoring only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent sleep apnea or any disease, and central sleep apnea is a contraindication. Loud snoring with gasping or choking, excessive daytime sleepiness, morning headaches or unrefreshing sleep can signal obstructive sleep apnea, and those belong with a doctor rather than a mouthpiece.
Materials & Clearance
The clear bite trays are 100% EVA. The white frame and the four adjustment straps are polypropylene with a titanium dioxide pigment. No metal parts, no latex, no polycarbonate. The finished device passed independent ISO 10993 biocompatibility testing, with no cytotoxic potential, no irritation of oral mucosa tissue and no sensitization reaction, and it was developed under a full ISO 14971 medical-device risk management process.
510(k) number K261251, cleared 11 June 2026 to Endeavor Commerce, LLC under 21 CFR 872.5570, product code LRK, Class II, over the counter. It is searchable in the FDA’s public 510(k) database. Note that 510(k) means FDA-cleared, not FDA-approved. Those are different pathways, and clearance is the correct one for this device.
