It does not mean the FDA has approved, endorsed, or certified the device, and it does not constitute a guarantee of safety or effectiveness for any individual user.

4. Intended use and limitations
Snorbliss® Anti-Snoring Device is intended to aid in the reduction of snoring.
This is the device's complete cleared indication for use. Snorbliss® is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea, bruxism, or any other disease or medical condition. It is not a night guard, an orthodontic appliance, or a substitute for CPAP therapy or any treatment prescribed to you.
Snoring is not the same as sleep apnea. If you experience loud snoring with gasping or choking, excessive daytime sleepiness, morning headaches, high blood pressure, or unrefreshing sleep, consult a healthcare professional. These can be signs of a serious medical condition that this product is not designed to address.
The device is intended for adults 18 years of age and older and is contraindicated for a number of dental, respiratory, and jaw-related conditions. Please read the full contraindications and warnings before purchasing or using it.

If you have existing dental or orthodontic conditions — including loose teeth, gum disease, recent dental implants, braces, dentures, bite problems, or jaw/TMJ problems — consult a dentist or orthodontist before using this device.
