Because our products are regulated medical devices, we handle most support in writing. This gives you and us a clear written record of any fitting guidance, safety information, or resolution we provide — which protects you as much as it protects us. If you call, we may ask you to follow up by email so we can document it properly.

Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET. We are closed on U.S. public holidays. Messages received outside business hours are answered on the next business day.

Before you contact your bank

If something has gone wrong with your order, please give us the chance to fix it first.

Our 60-Night Fit Guarantee is genuinely no-questions-asked, and in almost every case we can resolve an issue faster than a bank dispute can. Filing a dispute before contacting us doesn't get your money back any sooner, and it prevents us from helping you.

Reporting a product problem or side effect

Snorbliss® is an FDA-cleared medical device, and we take product safety seriously.

If you experience an unexpected side effect, an injury, or a device malfunction, please contact us at info@snorbliss.com with the subject line "Product Problem Report". Include your order number, what happened, and when. We investigate and document every report.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention. Do not wait for a reply from us.

If you experience difficulty breathing or any sleep-related problems while using the device, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

You may also report a problem directly to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration through the MedWatch program at www.fda.gov/medwatch or by calling 1-800-FDA-1088. You can do this whether or not you contact us.
